How can we help you?

What is Reflexology?

The theory that our body and its systems are reflected on our feet and hands, is how the reflexologist works. We apply pressure using our fingers and thumbs to certain points and reflexes on the feet, which in turn correspond to the equivalent parts of the body.

As we do this we are aiming to stimulate the body's own healing, release stress and tension and improve circulation.

At it's core it is a wonderful relaxing treatment, however, many people have found it has helped them with a wide range of common ailments, and increasingly it is being acknowledged by the medical profession as an alternative option for some symptoms and ailments.

Although we can not claim to diagnose or cure, we have been known to help with ;

Anxiety/ Depression/ Chronic Pain/ Migraines/ Menopause/ P.M.T./ Asthma/ Sinus Issues/ Chronic Fatigue/ Insomnia/ Digestive Issues/ I.B.S./ Fertility/ Female Health/ Joint and Back problems and much more.
